Having purchased a tiny studio flat, we needed internal insulation installing to raise the EPC from a lowly G rating to an acceptable minimum of E for the rental market. Not being local to London we took a leap of faith with West London Builders and Gas Services Ltd due to the excellent feedback on Yell and a positive phone call experience with the owner Vitalij. We are so very glad we did! Having met him only once in person after he had quoted for the work and prior to the work commencing, and having been impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, Vitalij expertly managed the project giving us updates and progress reports via photos and emails. They also undertook extra work for us including installing new electric heaters and power sockets with USB, plaster boarding, skimming and full decoration plus replacing 'blown' double glazing units and installing flashing outside on the external roof. This is a first rate company with a first rate work ethic who do a first rate job at a very fair price.
